# Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes, donations via Grapevine flow through the Grapevine Giving Foundation (EIN 87-2389502) 501(c)(3) public charity and are eligible for a charitable tax deduction. Please contact your tax professional for guidance.
Please note that donations made through the Grapevine platform on behalf of other organizations such as The States Project, VoteMama, or SBIP do not flow through the Grapevine Giving Foundation (EIN 87-2389502) public charity and may not be eligible for a charitable tax deduction. To determine if your donation is eligible for a tax deduction, review the donation receipt and consult your tax professional.
