How to Double Your Impact: Employee Matching via Benevity
1. Secure Your Donation Receipt
Before logging into your workplace portal, you will need proof of your donation. If you cannot find your original email receipt, you can easily retrieve it from your Grapevine account:

Log in to your Grapevine account.

Click on your name or profile photo in the upper right corner.

Select "Your Donations" from the menu on the left.

Scroll down to the list of your successful donations.

Locate the specific donation you wish to match and click the option to resend the donation receipt to your email address.
Save this receipt or take a screenshot of it—you will need to upload it in Step 4.
2. Log In to Benevity
Access your company’s specific Benevity portal (usually found on your company intranet).
3. Find Us & Verify the Address
In the Benevity search bar, type our unique Tax ID (EIN) to find our profile.

Search for EIN: 87-2389502

Organization Name: Grapevine Giving Foundation
⚠️ STOP & CHECK: Verify Our Address. Before you proceed to request a match, please look at the address listed on the Benevity profile. It must match the address below, which is our preferred location for receiving funds:

If you see a different address listed in your portal, please PAUSE. Do not submit the request yet. Instead, contact us immediately and share a screenshot with our Accounts Team at accountsteam@grapevine.org so we can help resolve the issue.
4. Submit Your Match Request
If the address in Step 3 matches our New York P.O. Box, you are clear to proceed!

Click the "Request a Match" (or "Submit a Match") button on our profile.

Enter the donation amount and date.

Upload the receipt that you retrieved in Step 1.

Confirm the details and click Submit.
We will verify the donation on our end, and your employer will send the matching funds to increase your impact!
