Can Grapevine process all donations for my nonprofit?

Yes, Grapevine can generally process donations for your nonprofit. However, please note that all organizations are subject to our routine eligibility verification process, which is conducted before any funds are disbursed.

For the quickest disbursement of funds, nonprofits are requested to have their payment information confirmed or updated within the past 6 months. It is essential for nonprofits to keep this information accurate and current at all times; please notify us promptly if any payment details change, even if it's within that 6-month period, as outdated information could result in processing errors, misallocations, and subsequent delays in receiving funds. Please note, if a payment fails due to incorrect details, we are unable to void it immediately due to incurring additional fees. Instead, we must wait for the payment attempt to expire, which can further prolong the disbursement process. If the payment information on file is older than 6 months, or if we are otherwise made aware of an outdated detail, we will reach out to you to obtain the necessary updates.
